Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every learner achieves their potential. Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide targeted interventions. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role. Proven experience working with SEND students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
