Are you an inspiring educator with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a committed SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team in the CM1 area.
Position Details:
Role: Full-Time SEND Teacher
Location: CM1 area
Daily Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and aligned with the Teacher's Pay Scale
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, carers, and other professionals.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure every learner achieves their potential.
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide targeted interventions.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
Proven experience working with SEND students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptive approach to teaching.
A commitment to professional growth and staying updated on best practices in SEND education.
