The role: • Supporting students aged 11–16 in the classroom, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis • Assisting with learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher • Helping manage behaviour and creating a positive learning environment • Supporting students with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or SEMH. The ideal candidate will: • Have previous experience working with young people (school-based or youth work experience desirable) • Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable • Have a genuine passion for helping students succeed • Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one through Axcis.
