SEN Teaching Assistant – SEMH Location: Chingford (E4) Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time | Long-term Start: ASAP A forward-thinking secondary school in Chingford (E4) is seeking a committed and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils within its specialist provision. The role focuses on working with students who present social, emotional and mental health needs, including behaviours that can challenge. You will provide structured, consistent support to help students manage emotions, stay engaged in learning and develop positive relationships within the school environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in behaviour support and de-escalation strategies.
