Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Autism Support (Primary School) Location: Southall, West London (Excellent Rail Links) Start Date: September 2025 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Day Rate: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term About the Role Axcis Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a vibrant mainstream primary school based in Southall, West London. This rewarding 1:1 role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the life of a young learner with additional needs. You’ll work closely with a bright and curious pupil who benefits greatly from structure, praise, and consistent adult guidance, but who also experiences behavioural challenges. Your role will be to help the student feel safe, engaged, and able to thrive in the classroom setting.
